Our Story ~ Our Journey
MINAPENE is the culmination of a four-generation legacy of master builders. Our founder, Ian Rosko, was born into the construction industry in the heart of the Hampton’s—an environment where exceptional craftsmanship was the highest standard. For over 30 years, Ian honed his skills building luxury homes and high-end commercial spaces for some of the most prominent people and companies in the world.
Our work has been a part of the landscape of New York’s most iconic locations. From custom multi-million-dollar homes on the East Coast to commercial spaces on Fifth Avenue and in SoHo, our portfolio includes work for major retailers like American Eagle and Sephora, as well as institutional clients like the World Trade Center, the DEA Headquarters, and Mt. Sinai Hospital. In 2001, our work was even featured in Interior Design Magazine.
Having contributed to nearly a billion dollars in construction and trained hundreds of craftsmen, MINAPENE represents a time-honored tradition of building—now brought to the Pacific Northwest.

Meet Our Founder, Ian Rosko
Ian is a master craftsman and innovator who brings his four-generation legacy of building to every project. As the Founder, President, and Lead Builder of MINAPENE, he is committed to the industry he was born into. Outside of work, Ian is a loving husband, a proud father of two daughters, and a passionate dog lover. He finds inspiration at the beach, in the ocean, and in the study of philosophy—all of which inform his thoughtful and hands-on approach to building.
